Assalamualaikum W.B.T and hye everyone, Welcome back to my blog :)
How are you today? I hope you are doing find there ;) Nice to see you here again.
Alright, so let me straight to the point, when we are in the week 3 of Usrah session, we have to watch the video about the first three pillars of Iman which are belief in Allah, belief in angels and belief in the Books also we need to prepare a mind map that include our understanding and conclusion regarding this topic.
Meanwhile, In week 4 we continued with the other last three pillars of iman which are belief in messenger, belief in the day of judgement and belief in pre- destination (qada' & qadr)
On week 4, we have to do a presentation by each group. So, week 3 and 4 we were cover all the topic of 6 pillar of Iman. So, here I write to sum up all the 6 pillars of iman.
Here I attached a few videos from brother Yasir Qadhi that we can go through together in order to get better understanding about the 6 pillars of Iman.
1. BELIEF IN ALLAH
2. BELIEF IN ANGELS
3. BELIEF IN THE BOOK AND
4. BELIEF IN THE MESSENGER
5.BELIEF IN THE DAY OF JUDGEMENT
6.BELIEF IN PRE-DESTINATION (QADA' & QADR)
The Faith or Iman in the Arabic language means to affirm something and to comply with it. Accordingly, faith is an affirmation and not merely belief. Affirmation includes the words of the heart, which is the belief, and the actions of the heart, which is compliance.
To summarize, we need to firmly belief in our heart, affirm with our words and prove it by our action regarding the existence and unicity of Allah, the existence of Angels, the Book, the messenger, the day of judgement and the predestiny (Qada & Qadr).
Subhanallah! From all those videos I can understand more deeply about all the 6 pillars of Iman. By default, it will accordingly increase our level of Iman!
May Allah increase our Iman, grant us Ihsan, restore us on Sabr, delight us in Zikr and bless us with Taqwa. Aamiin
As of now I think that's all from me, hopefully this sharing will be matters and beneficial for you guys.
Thank you for spending your precious time by visiting my site. :)
بِسْـــــــــمِ اَللّهِ الرّحْمن الرّحيم Assalamualaikum W.B.T and hye everyone, Welcome back to my blog :) How was your day? I hope you are having a great day ;) Nice to see you here again. So as usual today I will come out with the topic of Adab Towards Parents that have been presented by group 1 on week 7 of usrah session. Before that, let's watch this video together, a beautiful reminder from brother Yasir Qadhi. Let's Go Back To Our Parents As mentioned in the qur'an, Allah says; And your Lord has decreed that you worship none but Him. And that you be dutiful to your parents…” (Al-‘Isra’:23) In the above verse, Allah (SWT) places duty to the parents next to singling Him out in worship, which truly emphasises the high status He has given our parents. Furthermore, when one of the companions asked the Prophet (SAW) about the deeds most beloved to Allah (SWT), after mentioning performing prayers upon their stated times, he mentioned being good and dutiful to o...
