بِسْـــــــــمِ اَللّهِ الرّحْمن الرّحيم
Assalamualaikum W.B.T and hye everyone, Welcome back to my blog :)
How was your day? I hope you are having a great day ;) Nice to see you here again.
In our week 2 Usrah session, we have discussed and learned about Pillars Of Islam based on Hadith Jibril. So today, I would like to briefly share with you guys what I have got based on our discussion and studies about the Hadith Jibril which is one of the famous hadith in the sunnah.
Here I attached a few videos that we can go through together in order to get better understanding about the story behind the Hadith Jibril.
A short Video about Hadith Jibril from Shaykh Hamza Yusuf
1. THE FOUR QUESTION ANGEL JIBRIL ASK PROPHET MUHAMMAD S.A.W
1. What is Islam?
The Messenger of Allah saw said, “Islam is that you should testify that there is no deity except Allah and that Muhammad is His Messenger, that you should perform salah, pay the Zakah, fast during Ramadan, and perform Hajj to the House, if you are able to do so.”
2. What is Iman?
The prophet s.a.w answered, “It is that you believe in Allah and His angels and His Books and His Messengers and in the Last Day, and in qadar (fate), both in its good and in its evil aspects.”
3. What is Ihsan?
(the Messenger of Allah) answered, “It is that you should serve Allah as though you could see Him, for though you cannot see Him yet (know that) He sees you.”
4. What is Hour?
He (the Messenger of Allah) said, “About that, the one questioned knows no more than the questioner.”
5. What is the sign there of?
He said, “They are that the slave-girl will give birth to her mistress, that you will see the barefooted, naked, destitute, the herdsmen of the sheep (competing with each other) in raising lofty buildings.”
2. THE BEAUTIFUL ADVICE ANGEL JIBRIL GAVE TO PROPHET MUHAMMAD S.A.W
1. Live as you will, but know that one day you will die.
2. Love whom you will, but know that one day you will be separated from that person.
3. Do as you will and know that you will be compensated and rewarded accordingly. (In the Hereafter)
4. Know that the nobility of the believer is in the standing in prayer during the night.
5. As for his dignity, its in being independent of people (financially, emotionally, mentally, physically).
As of now I think that's all from me, hopefully this sharing will be matters and beneficial for you guys.
Thank you for spending your precious time by visiting my site. :)
For me, you are super kind and supportive!
Hope to see you again on the next post!
ASSALAMUALAIKUM ;)
