SUSTAINABILITY IN ISLAM

 بِسْـــــــــمِ اَللّهِ الرّحْمن الرّحيم

Assalamualaikum W.B.T and hye everyone, Welcome back to my blog :)

How are you? I hope you are having a nice day today ;)

So today I would like to share with you guys my reflection about what I've learned through the usrah session on week 7. That is about sustainability in Islam. This topic have been presented by Group 4 on the last week.

Implementation of Islamic principle - Wasatiyyah (moderation)

God Almighty’s vision of this Ummah as a community of the middle path (ummatan wasatan) to make moderation, therefore as a guide and conduct of their earthy life. (Al-Baqarah:143)

- Nature is a test to mankind i.e. to what extent and in what manner man will execute his task as khalifah of the earth socially and economically.

 - Questioned on the Day of Resurrection.

- Social and economy are part of the environment.

 - There must be good interaction between man and the environment

 Promoting Sustainability

“The world is beautiful and verdant, and verily God, be He exalted, has made you His stewards in it, and He sees how you acquit yourselves.” (Muslim)

“And do good as Allâh has been good to you. And do not seek to cause corruption in the earth. Allâh does not love the corrupters” (Al Qasas 28:77)

As of now I think that's all from me, hopefully this sharing will be matters and beneficial for you guys.
